When will my booking be binding?
The booking becomes binding when you have received a confirmation of your booking and the registration fee, or the entire rent has been paid.

Cancellation insurance is included in the price
Cancellation insurance applies in the following cases that must not have been known when you booked: death, illness or accident that affected a family member or close relative. Serious incident that has affected your family or home. Upon request, you must be able to prove your impediment with a certificate from, for example a doctor, an authority or insurance company. If a valid reason cannot be substantiated, no refund will be made.

When should I pay?
Partial payment 1: 30% of the rent is to be paid within 10 days from the invoice date.

Partial payment 2: The remaining 70% of the rent is to be paid no later than 30 days before the day of arrival.

When booking 14 days before arrival, payment must be made at the reception upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

What happens if I don’t pay on time?
If you do not pay the registration fee on time, your booking may be cancelled. If you fail to pay partial payment 2 (final payment) then this may count as a cancellation. If payment has been missed, please contact the reception immediately by phone: +46304511 00.

What happens if I want to cancel?

If you need to cancel and on request can present a certificate for a valid reason, (see Cancellation insurance above), the amount paid will be refunded.

Departure earlier than planned
If you choose to depart earlier than planned, no money will be refunded, unless otherwise agreed upon with us.

What are my obligations?
The agreement expires if:

  1. Someone in the party is behaving disruptively.
  2. Someone in the party is committing vandalism.
  3. The cottages/camping pitches are used for undesignated purposes.

If the agreement expires due to any of the above, the party must immediately leave the campsite and is not entitled to recover any part of the booking costs.

Complaints
Any remarks must be made promptly onsite. Claims for compensation must be made in writing within 14 days of the date of departure.

Other when booking cottages or campingpitches
The rent for cottages does not include cleaning, bed linen or towels unless this has been booked and stated on the invoice.

You have access to the cottage no earlier than 15.00 on the day of arrival and must leave the cottage no later than 11.00 on the day of departure.

For campingpitches, access is not until 13.00 on the day of arrival and the campingpitch must be left no later than 11.00.

Please check the invoice carefully and make sure that the booking matches what you booked:

  • The right dates for arrival and departure?
  • The right type of cottage or campingpitch number?
  • Do you have pets with you, or are allergic to pets? Check if pets are allowed in the booked cottage. Please, observe: There will be an additional fee for pets of 200 SEK.
