Activities at the campsite<\/h1>\n

To do<\/h2>\n

Whether you just want to take it easy and enjoy summer, holidays a swedish fika and a good book or be a little more active, there is something for everyone at Stocken camping!<\/p>\n

For children there is a nice big playground with the much appreciated jumping pillow. They can dig with the excavator “Digger” by the mini-golf, rent pedal cars and on special occasions – weather permitting, enjoy the bouncy castles. For more organized children’s activities, it is possible to register your children to The Football School and The Children’s Club.<\/p>\n

Challenge your family or friends to a game of adventure minigolf, or perhaps go crabfishing, have a game of boule or go for a bikeride.<\/p>\n

The bikes for rent are equipped with both bicycle helmets and baskets, and if needed, we have two bikes with child bike seats.<\/p>\n

Hiking on the cliffs along the sea edge is another popular activity, from where you can enjoy amazing views of our beautiful archipelago. Some like to bring their fishing rods with them – or why not bring coffee and freshly baked cinnamon rolls from the campsite shop? Or perhaps a nice stroll inside the old fishing village Stocken nearby.<\/p>\n

To enjoy walking- or biking trails on and around the camping area, there are maps to borrow at the reception.<\/p>\n

For all water lovers, the swimming area offers both a sandy beach and a sauna, (booked via the reception), and a little further along the cliffs there is also a sun deck with benches and a swimming jetty.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”742″ img_size=”full” css=””][vc_single_image image=”2968″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section full_width=”stretch_row”][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”301″ img_size=”700×700″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

The beach<\/h2>\n

Our sandy beach is beautifully surrounded by cliffs and sea. It\u00b4s childfriendly shallow waters is suitable for both big and small people. \u00a0We have a toilet on site and not least the sauna, which anyone can rent. A little further along the cliffs you will find both a bathing jetty and a sundeck.<\/p>\n

Those who are a little more adventurous, may want to get to the rocky beach at the end of the White trail.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”2691″ img_size=”700×700″ css=””][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

The dogbeach<\/h2>\n

Dogs are not allowed at the peoples beach, however in the bay at the beginning of the White trail, you can let the dog cool off in the sea and enjoy the summer, just like us! After the salty sea bath, it might be time for a shampooing and blowdry at our professionally equipped dog shower at the Service Station, in the middle of the campsite.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”681″ img_size=”700×700″][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Kayaking<\/h2>\n

For those who want to get out on the water and enjoy the fantastic archipelago, we can recommend Orust Kajak<\/u><\/a>, situated on the camping grounds, where you can rent kayaks, SUP’s and equipment and get good advice on anything to do with kayaking.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”3180″ img_size=”700×700″ css=””][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

The Childrens club<\/h2>\n

The children’s club is open in high season, Monday \u2013 Wednesday \u2013 Friday, between 16.00 – 18.00.
\nLots of fun activities are on the agenda:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • On Mondays we do different childrens arts and crafts.<\/li>\n
  • On Wednesdays we play board games inside, or play \u201ckubb\u201d, boule or do other outdoor games.<\/li>\n
  • Fridays are for ballgames, like football.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Every now and then we also go crab fishing or jumping in our bouncy castles \u2013 or maybe a clown comes to visit![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”742″ img_size=”700×700″ css=””][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    Rentals<\/h2>\n

    Bicycles for adults can be rented at the golfkiosk. They are all equipped with both helmets and bicyclebaskets, and on two of the bikes there are also children\u2019s seats for the youngest. Bicycle maps to borrow or buy are available at the reception.<\/p>\n

    The very popular pedalcars can also be rented here.

    Football school<\/h2>\n

    Our football school is a popular feature and it takes place during four days in July, at Stocken camping’s own football field. The participants are usually divided into two age groups, 6-10 years and 11-15 years. Organizer is Conny Larsson (Football Developer, V\u00e4sterg\u00f6tlands Fotbollsf\u00f6rbund).
