Booking rules<\/h1>\n

\nThe booking becomes binding when you have received a confirmation of your booking and the registration fee, or the entire rent has been paid.<\/p>\n

Cancellation insurance is included in the price <\/strong>
\nCancellation insurance applies in the following cases that must not have been known when you booked: death, illness or accident that affected a family member or close relative. Serious incident that has affected your family or home. Upon request, you must be able to prove your impediment with a certificate from, for example a doctor, an authority or insurance company. If a valid reason cannot be substantiated, no refund will be made.<\/p>\n

When should I pay? <\/strong>
\nPartial payment 1: 30% of the rent is to be paid within 10 days from the invoice date.<\/p>\n

Partial payment 2: The remaining 70% of the rent is to be paid no later than 30 days before the day of arrival.<\/p>\n

When booking 14 days before arrival, payment must be made at the reception upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

What happens if I don’t pay on time?<\/strong>
\nIf you do not pay the registration fee on time, your booking may be cancelled. If you fail to pay partial payment 2 (final payment) then this may count as a cancellation. If payment has been missed, please contact the reception immediately by phone: +46304511 00.<\/p>\n

What happens if I want to cancel?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you need to cancel and on request can present a certificate for a valid reason, (see Cancellation insurance<\/em> above), the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n

Departure earlier than <\/strong>planned
\n<\/strong>If you choose to depart earlier than planned, no money will be refunded, unless otherwise agreed upon with us.<\/p>\n

What are my obligations? <\/strong>
\nThe agreement expires if:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Someone in the party is behaving disruptively.<\/li>\n
  2. Someone in the party is committing vandalism.<\/li>\n
  3. The cabins\/camping pitches are used for undesignated purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the agreement expires due to any of the above, the party must immediately leave the campsite and is not entitled to recover any part of the booking costs.<\/p>\n

    Complaints
    \n<\/strong>Any remarks must be made promptly onsite. Claims for compensation must be made in writing within 14 days of the date of departure.<\/p>\n

    Other when booking cabins or <\/strong>campingpitches
    \n<\/strong>The rent for cabins does not include cleaning, bed linen or towels unless this has been booked and stated on the invoice.<\/p>\n

    You have access to the cabin no earlier than 15.00 on the day of arrival and must leave the cabin no later than 11.00 on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

    For campingpitches, access is not until 13.00 on the day of arrival and the campingpitch must be left no later than 11.00.<\/p>\n
